I really wanted to tell them about my account of the same household getting the bonus as well as 1 of my parents, but I refrained as I felt it could jeopardise the 1 free bet I did get for my parents. Could this happen anywhere if they state that in the rules? This was the term he quoted:
"StanJames.com may in its absolute discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in any promotion."

From Stan James site

6.Promotions are available only once to any person (unless indicated otherwise in these Promotion Terms). StanJames.com may determine at its sole discretion whether it believes different entries or accounts are connected to the same person, using whatever methods it deems appropriate. Where multiple entries/ accounts have been used StanJames.com reserves the right to cancel the entries/ close the accounts and withhold any promotional benefits.

They should have honoured the free bet but this term alllows them to do whatever they want.

I don't know what the situation is but I've never had a problem at Stans And the wife and I, my Sister and her BF & my mum & dad all have accounts, at least 2 people per address.

The secret to making the most of these offers is to not take the piss. If you find a decent Arb don't sign up 3 people to the same Arb. I spell my sign ups so they are a couple of months apart and I NEVER place the same bet using 2 different accounts at the same bookie. I still use Stans now for dutching other SUBS and they regularly take bets to several hundred pounds so you don't wanna piss them off.

Also if you could tone down the language a bit, this isn't that kind of Forum. If a bookie had refused you a 4 figure payout then swearing would be appropriate, but you haven't lost anything so live and learn and move on. I won't edit your original post but another mod may later.

bet-at-home doesn't allow (see terms on website)

Betdaq doesn't allow also: • Only one offer per household/IP address/device. •

I also got Bet-At-Home for me and the wife. If terms say no and your the cautious type, fair enough.

I also got BetDaq twice, but I'm aware they're cracking down

Williamhill also have that term, one per household. Is this also not enforced?

It's not always safe to advise what you can do based on what we've done previously. William Hill have never been a problem regarding partners, but if it's in their terms then they could refuse or void a free bet. In the 18 months I have been doing this I have seen some bookies start to become really strict in enforcing their terms, so because my wife got a free bet 12 months ago doesn't mean that yours will now.

All I would say is if you are unsure and if you are the cautious type, ask a customer service rep. If you like to take a risk go for it anyway, but don't risk money you can't afford to lose. It would be wrong for anyone to post and advise you to do something which is clearly against the bookies terms and conditions, but that doesn't mean to say it can't be done.

The list in the OP is a list of bookies who either advertise one per person (i.e. partner friendly) or who from experience we know to be partner friendly (even if their terms say not). The list is updated if we receive information that someone has been refused a free bet so until someone tells us otherwise from their own experience, the list is up to date.

can anyone confirm that BetWay are partner friendly as on the terms it states:

* We maintain a strict policy of only one freebet per customer. In this regard, in order to avoid the potential for abuse we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to provide and/or honour freebets in one or more of the following circumstances:

* accounts sharing IP addresses
* accounts sharing the same name
* accounts belonging to the same family and/or household
* accounts sharing a common contact detail or identifier (e.g. email address, telephone number, credit/debit card number or other payment method.
* accounts utilised from the same computer
* multiple accounts belonging to the same person
* breach of any of our bonus terms and conditions
* evidence of collusion between customers in placing of bets

I would have thought the information in your own post was pretty conclusive ;)

DO NOT risk Betway, they have and will void free bets on duplicate accounts as per their terms

Those terms do appear quite damning ;)
Since they may have changed recently I'll remove them from the "tatty-proceed with caution" list in order to avoid any confusion.
