Bet365 Withdrawal?

Postby ZebraJD » Sun Nov 29, 2009 5:21 pm

Hi guys,

Am in the process of doing the £200 100% desposit bonus at Bet365, however unfortunately my first match attempt won at Bet365 rather than Betfair to the tune of about £160. I've now played through the initial £200 deposit but have now got to do pretty much the same thing again before I can even get at the bonus. This is proving to be very frustrating as I don't have the funds available to get through this quickly. Furthermore one more win at bet365 means all the time taken to get match my money out of there will be wasted. (£1200 rollover requirement).

Was just wondering if anyone knows whether Bet365 are likely to stick to their guns about taking away the bonus should I request a withdrawal of my own funds? Am starting to think that getting my money out is going to be the best option for me either way.

Would appreciate any thoughts.

Cheers,

JD

p.s. I only have about £100 to match with.

Welcome Zebra :D

I'm afraid they will stick to their guns on this. If you have a small float don't do the biggies first.

Yes they will IMHO. Ive got to ask why are you doing the big offers first when the advice is clearly start with the little ones to build up your float - then do the bigger ones as you need the cash at betfair ?
Advice now would be to go and do the little ones and build up your float again to finish off bet365 (you have 90 days to complete the WR)
Edit - beat me to it

I did do quite a few of the smaller ones first. Was nearly £300 up from free bets and some decent wins I had on the horses. The latter has proven my downfall though. Have had a frenzied month or so plus a string of bad luck/rubbish selections. I am indeed a mug!

So yeah is my own fault really. Picked a really bad time to do this offer. Good idea building my funds up again from other smaller offers though. Have already started doing that to be honest but wil stick at it solely for the time being and ignore Bet365.

Cheers for the advice guys :)

Can someone explain the best way to trade this offer and what size of funds I would need.

I signed up separately to get a live feed for football the other night and I dont to lose the freebet offer so need to act now.

Cheers

The best way to deal with Bet365 is find a decent arb which is not the favourite, there are plenty of them. Back the whole balance on the bet and then lay or dutch to win £350 - £375 on the lay (depends how close a match you find). Think about treating it as an SNR bet so by laying it as such you are effectively underlaying it

If you win you will profit by more than the £200 Bonus so have some funds with which to complete the WR. If you lose you are out in 1 bet for £150 - £175 Profit. This may seem like you're giving away £50 but trust me you don't want to get GUBBED at Bet365 with £600 WR still to do. I have just 1 of 6 accounts where I can still get on more than £10 per bet, so imagine having to place 60 bets (minimum) on major league football where there aren't many arbs to complete WR. You could easily lose the same £50 but take a month to do it.

This last time I did it I found a dutch. I underlayed both the other outcomes for a break even, so the full £200 Profit if I lost at Bet365. If I had won at Bet365 though I would have returned closer to £300 profit as the highest odds were here. In order to do this though I had nearly £3k wagered on the result of 1 game over 3 books, so not for the faint hearted

Sound plan shooter but whats your plan B if the bet wins? I know you say use the funds to complete the WR but thats still another £800 you've got to bet before you can withdraw!

I've got about a £1500 kitty so any ideas on how to approach Plan B with that kind of amount? keep the odds as low as possible (evens?) and bet the £400 that way with your same underlaying idea?

Underlaying only really works well at higher odds. If you underlay a bet at 11.0 you are getting back an extra £1 for every 10p underlayed. At evens this is only £1 per £1.

I wouldn't attempt Bet365 with only a £1500 Kitty. You have to be prepared for the worst case scenario. If all your bets win at 1.5 you will end up with £1800 in Bet365 before you can withdraw.

If you are going to do it then I would say bet the whole £400 at odds around 4 and underlay by £50

I've just put this example into my matcher

Bet £400 @ 4.0 Bet365
Lay £355 @ 4.0 Betfair (4.7%) Liability £1065

Return at Bet365 if win = £135 Withdraw and give bonus back
Return at Betfair = £138 Bust out so no WR

If you wait until you have £5000 then I reckon you should be able to make at least £175 - £185 from this offer with a good underlay at higher odds. Another example

Bet £400 @ 13.0 Bet365
Lay £386 @ 13.0 Betfair

Return at Bet365 = £168, complete WR with a nice buffer or withdraw
Return at Betfair = £167 Bust out no WR

Cheers Shooter.
Do you know what i don't think i'd grumble with £135/£138 out of it minus all the hastle and panicing that'd come with trying to greedily have the whole lot!

Probably would've pissed around with the lower odds (for ages!) for the same outcome, so really glad i asked you!

Once again mate thanks for your highly intuitive and insightful help.

Hi Shooter,
Have just tried to put your suggestion into action but have hit a snag in the process. i have just tried to place a win single bet for £400 but it says i don't have enough funds???? Just contacted them to ask why i can't place a bet including my bonus balance and they replied:

'You need to place qualifying bets to the value of your deposit before the bonus is available'

So is the best approach now to split the bets into 2 and instead deduct around £25 per lay bet if around odds of 4?
