The only problem with using someones else`s details Stuart is that some of the bookies ask for ID and copies of the card. Obviously if you have their permission you can probably get these but it`s all extra hassle.

That`s why I asked if Gamebookers asked you for any ID as I want to do the same thing.

and there is this other thing, if you start making a lot of deposits to different bookies, they most likely call the cardholder to find out if it ok(especially barclays)

Yes HSBC have called me to ask about suspicious activity on my card :roll: .

I just explained to them that i was a hopeless gambling addict. :mrgreen:

What are they doing reading all my statements anyway? :o nosey buggers

My bank statement reads like a bookmaker`s directory. :P

Yeah that's a good point about possibly needing ID however she has a bus pass and a few bills so should be cool.

Funnily enough late last night (work nights) i placed a bet and went too lay it at Betfair didn't have enough balance so went too deposit and ""Your bank has declined"" slightly paniced phoned Natwest and they said it was just maintenance (after i explained id been hitting the account with several bookies) suddenly could deposit again...maybe just coincidence. :)

Regards Gamebookers...very pleasent on phone and helpfull,sure they will sort you out no problem.
