I prefer european multihand but it's a bit more complicated than single deck for beginners. It's down to personal choice.
Sometimes I think I know everything......then I wake up.

It's called mutihand but you can still play 1 hand at a time.

Hehe.....they shuffle before during and after they deal.

If you click the (my account) whilst in game it should tell you if you have a bonus pending. If not then close the game and re-open it. If still no joy then you've claimed it already
