I think, according to aka who's the maths genius behind beating bonuses at least, that multihand slightly decreases house edge. Don't know why but I read it on there somewhere and that guy knows his stuff.

I think I also read it on Wizard of odds, but I'm not sure about that

From wizard of odds.
Never bust: For my analysis of this strategy I assumed the player would never hit a hard 12 or more. All other decisions were according to correct basic strategy. This "never bust" strategy results in a house edge of 3.91%.

From beating bonuses.
The next table keeps the required time constant. Bet size is adjusted so that the required time is 1.00 hours. With 1 hand, the bet size is 2.11. With 5 hands, the bet size per hand is 1.49, and the bet size per round is 5*1.49 = 7.45. The results show that as number of hands increases, standard deviation also increases. When time is kept constant, variance is smaller with single-hand than multi-hand.

It looks like the varience increases rather than the house edge.

As I said earlier if it works for you then stick with it.
You can vary your game to suit your style and use sweepering or argue what tactics are the best till your blue in the face, at the end of the day the house always has the edge. The bonus is the only thing that makes a difference.

We seem to be doing alright so far :D

That looks about right to me.

WR was $1,250 and you've bet $50, $100 & $100 so $1,000 to go.

Now grind it out and you would be seriously unlucky to lose what you have. Don't get greedy and just play it at $1 per hand. Statistically you should finish with $190 or so but I think $165 would be about £100, so a good result

Well done mate :D

I try to play classic where it's available but European can be good too if you understand the nuances.

For instance at European where the dealer only has 1 card when you play, if you have 12 and the dealer is showing a 7 or higher, the only card that can bust you would make the dealer safe. In effect this makes your decision easier (although you should go on 12 against a 7 anyway).

By going first before the dealer has a 2nd card you effectively have control of the pack. At classic blackjack if you have 5 and the dealer shows a 4, 5 or 6 then you should take a card, hoping for a small one so you can continue to a high hand or stand if you hit a card taking you over 11.

At European I would stand the 5 as the odds are quite high the next card would be a picture, 9 or 8 giving the dealer more than 11 and a chance to bust.

Only small differences but can make a big difference tactically

Given the choice between European and standard blackjack I always prefer European. Standard blackjack has a lower house edge I know but I think you have more control over the game in European.

That sums up what I was trying to say very elloquently. You have to understand the differences though to make it to your advantage

I forgot to ask ?
How do you find out how much you have already wagered ? I couldn't find it anywhere, in the end my bonus suddenly appeared.
Also i'm not sure about this, but i thought years ago on my old pc, you could split the screen and have 2 sites running on screen at once ie casino and strategy card.
Or maybe i'm wrong, and thinking of financial trading charts.
Any help please.

I haven't done this yet, so I can't tell you where to find out how much you've wagered. If they have playcheck you can use that or check your account maybe.
When I started out I used to reduce the size of the blackjack table and strategy chart so that they were both visible at the same time.
