personally i think you cant, because of cookies etc... but of course a lot of bookies allow more than 1 account in a household then it works.

you may need to open the account from a different computer.

You can clear out your cookies, or just use another browser...Opera,Firefox,Chrome etc etc.

Luckily i have 4 other computers here, ill just make sure i sign up using those

You could use an IP blocker, or a re-direction site to get around that.

I think most sites won't have the means to spot you even from the same PC, as long as the account is in a different name with a different card I think it should go ok for most.

If I turn my router off overnight my IP changes (orange).
Not sure how short a time is needed for the change. Definately a few hours will do it. Might even be only seconds - havent tested it.
