You dont have any internet protection software running do you? i.e. you have children? Can you access Betdaq ok?

Can you ping betfair.com? You probably wont be able to as i cant from here but it will show the IP address of their website which shows you are partially getting to them. Also try nslookup.

from a command prompt:

yeah pinged betfair.com all I got was request time out.
Sometimes I think I know everything......then I wake up.

Its best to have both the Betfair and Bookie site running at the same time. I usually place the betfair bet a couple of seconds before the other one. As betfair is more prone to having the odds be snapped up....

Bad move. Just wait til the bookies refuse the bet and you're stuck. I've never had the betfair odds suddenly disappear. I always put the bet on at the bookies then instantly confirm at Betfair.

Ok that tells me your ISP is working fine, im sorry mate but it has to be something your end im afraid. Do you just get a 'this page cannot be displayed' error?
