Spread Betting - risk free

Postby geminitrading » Mon Feb 02, 2009 8:13 pm

This is easier than matched betting.

You just open 2 spread betting accounts ( sporting index and igsports)

To get either £300 in bets or £100 cash from sporting index you need to place 5 bets with a £20 liability on each to qualify.

The easy bit is, you buy (or sell) at sporting index and do the opposite on igsports. You should be able to do this with no loss whatsoever as their quoted prices are very similar and no comm to pay either,

Oh yes, igsports offer 2 x £100 free bets too with the same qualifiers!

Possible £500 profit here!

You DO need a decent wedge in both accounts to allow for 'margin'

It is possible with a little bit of patience.

This isn't matched betting with odds differences and commissions.

It's perfectly possible to get EXACTLY the same price on the other exchange. ie buy @10 on sportingindex - sell @10 on igsports.

Have you actually done this on spread betting sites RIT?

Yes I have done it but it is impossible to get £500 profit from £500 free bets.

You will make between £250-£300 profit.

It is possible to do the qualifying bets for no loss as you say at 2 different sites but you can`t cash out all the free bet for profit.

This is shown by the fact they offer you £100 cash or £200 free bet. If it were possible to to cash out £200 nobody would choose the cash would they?

I'm not going to argue with you about this, as you seem to know it all.

Ignore RIT. :D

Sounds like you know what your doing and it seems simple enough. Even if you can't match it, it's exactly like MB'ing. Buy, sell. Back, lay.

I've still not done them as I keep putting it off as I can't be assed to learn to do it.

Will have a look though.

What sort of wedge to cover it? Don't want to go in not fully armed!

What do you mean ignore me ?

I have already completed these offers.

You can`t get £500 profit out of £500 free bets because they are SNR.
