Fund transfer

Postby bridgy4579 » Tue Aug 23, 2011 10:39 am

Good morning guys. I am relatively new to this whole process but am starting to make a steady profit. However I am struggling when it comes to transferring money between accounts. For example, I started out with a set amount of money to play with & I have four accounts set up. I just finished doing my free bets with William Hill, transferred all funds to Betfair via a few arbs. But now I will have to take money out of Betfair in order to deposit in a new bookies. This process is going to take at least 3 days! Is there anyway I can get the funds transferred quicker?

Thanks in advance for your help

Hello

I think this is a problem that all new starters experience, as your funds build it becomes less of a problem. Although this annoyed me and slowed things down for me, I also found that it helped me build up discipline and spend time checking for new offers, reading forums, checking T&C's etc during the waiting period, it kind of stopped me rushing in.

If you don't want to wait though, I believe having a Moneybookers account is one of the fastest ways to move money. You'll have to double check the t&c's for each bookies as some won't give a bonus to deposits via Moneybookers.

Or you could try doing all the low offers first so that way you'll always only need the start up funds and the profits you make can just be transferred back to your bank from either the bookie or betfair. Just treat betfair as another bank account and then you'll realise that it matters not whether your funds are at your actual bank or in your betfair account.
