I then went to take my remaining £25 out but it wouldnt let me and after speaking to them it seems i cannot withdraw until i have placed a bet with the remaining £25.So i decided to lose a pound at roulette, betting £12 odd £12 even and £1 on no:0, but you are not allowed to do this with jaxx.
Anyway while i was doing this a message popped up saying £25 pending but according to the websites T&C you cannot get any bonus playing roulette?
Does anyone have any experience with this or know if its possible to get the bonus from roulette.
