How do I get my money back from these Maltese thieves?

I had a balance of £150 at Betpresto and they have now changed to Sunderbet.

I asked to withdraw my balance of £150 and I received an email on the 6th Feb to say it would be processed and to allow 5 working days. I have still not received these funds and my emails are now ignored. I have submitted complaints to SBR and BMR . I contacted the LGA by email but have not even had a reply.

Is there anything else I can do?

Persevere. Draft something out and keep sending it to minimise your time. I doubt they are out and out thieves - more inefficient and inept most likely. Some Maltese books are dodgy though so be prepared to put it down to experience. You'll still be well up after small setbacks like this - ask Shooter
