I had a balance of £150 at Betpresto and they have now changed to Sunderbet.
I asked to withdraw my balance of £150 and I received an email on the 6th Feb to say it would be processed and to allow 5 working days. I have still not received these funds and my emails are now ignored. I have submitted complaints to SBR and BMR . I contacted the LGA by email but have not even had a reply.
Is there anything else I can do?
