Sometimes Tote won't set up account online for 2nd account at same address. When setting up account for friends wife I emailed them and they said to call and do it over the phone. I suppose I could get someone to kick me in the balls before I call but I don't need £25 that badly

Having no luck with wifesdetails today.

I just joined her up for Boyles. Bet my £20 on Ghana for 96% qual, and they refused to do it online as I hit their limit.

I know I took them to IAS for sodding about when they were offering their £200 (?) pound bonus and refusing to accept bets over a fiver (and lost).

I tried a fiver and got same message.

I'll ask them to cancel account. What a bunch of...

Beware of stan james, I just done it for my parents and they would only give me 1 free bet, I played hell on to no avail, nowhere in the terms does it say 1 per household, yet some woman on chat said it did, when I corrected her she "lost connection" and a colleague spoke to me saying they hold the right to deny me of it. I really wanted to tell them about my account of the same household getting the bonus as well as 1 of my parents, but I refrained as I felt it could jeopardise the 1 free bet I did get for my parents. Could this happen anywhere if they state that in the rules? This was the term he quoted:
"StanJames.com may in its absolute discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in any promotion."

Yeah they have the right to do it as it says in their T&C's. Opening multiple accounts is profitable but does add a small degree of risk. The only thing they cant do is hold onto money that's yours.

Try to remember that however frustrating it may be when you get turned down, the bookie is in fact correct, you are a bonus abuser, as am I. :D

Move on to the next bookie and try again.
