BG Bet weren't offering a bonus last I checked
10Bet are good if you can bust out but a real pain if you win. WR is £4000+ and if you withdraw before wagering deposit at least 5 times they reserve the right to charge 8% of your withdrawal. Last time I did it I got heavily limited and simply couldn't complete it. As bonus is post wager best way to do it is find a lowish odds qualifier for no loss, and then once bonus is added bet your whole balance with a BIG underlay so you make £40ish if you bust out and a couple of hundred if you win, then you can withdraw, pay all the fees and still be up
Extrabet are a good book with good odds on the Golf. Bonus is a little odd as they double you winnings if your 1st bet wins, but it doesn't show up anywhere on your account. Place £40 in your stake box and £20 in stake forfeit as offer is SNR. Be careful as you can sell your bet back to them at any point. I've read of people doing this by accident and making a loss
Canbet have very convoluted offer terms. All wagers are placed with your own money first so if a bet wins you'll need to lose all your own money before betting again with the bonus money. Add to this that they consider betting your whole balance as bonus abuse and it's very difficult to extract the full value of their offer unless you lose.
Partybets don't have great odds except once in a blue moon when the work experience are allowed to set the odds. Usually best matches are found on football correct score at high odds so you'll need a large Betfair balance. Partybets do have a max button on the betslip though so you'll know before placing the bet whether it will be accepted
