bet365

Postby tommywills » Mon Oct 19, 2009 8:07 pm

Just had this e-mail off bet365-

I am contacting you with regards to your bet365 account. In order to reward existing customers and attract new customers, bet365 make regular offers such as bonuses and free bets. These offers are expensive and bet365 policy is therefore not to allow them where we consider that the offers could make a significant difference to the likely profitability of a customer's account. Unfortunately your account has been identified in this way and so we are notifying you that you will not be eligible for bet365 offers in future. Additionally we are no longer able to offer you our telephone betting service. However, our online service remains available to you to place future bets. If you require any further assistance, our team are available 24 hours a day by Live Chat, email at support@customerservices365.com, telephone on freephone 08000 288365 or 01782 684 757 and we will be pleased to assist you. Kind Regards LinziThe bet365 Team

Has anybody had anything similar....?

Cheers Tommy

Yes I got that. Limited to £10, £30 or £50 wins depending on sport.

Not a lot you can do about it

Generally it's the sports you bet on and your betting patterns.

If you back horses at high odds and the SP is a lot lower this is suspicious to them. I found 3 HUGE arbs on Handball and simply couldn't resist. I managed to get about £200 on each game and arbed them with Paddy for 9% profit each time. I knew it was a risk but it's hard to turn down a 9% arb :D All 3 of them won at Paddy but this is what got me limited

I had a similar email from VC security last week, saying they would no longer be sending me offers, but i could still use my account.
But the other 2 accounts are ok!, i never got anything for them.

Why is he not allowed to use the telephone betting though?

I am not allowed any more offers from them but can use the telephone betting. The odds are the same on the internet. I don`t get why they would do that.
WHERE DOES IT ALL GO ? :?

Maybe a human error issue on their part if done over the phone i.e. he could place a free offer bet by mistake whereas their software wouldn't allow it if "blacklisted". Just a thought?
