JAXX changed my winning bet slip to losing team?????

I am really confused.

Yesterday: 2020 Cricket: Pakistan v South Africe

Yesterday I placed a win single with my free 25.00 on Pakistan to win

The odds could not be changed on screen from fractions and were 27/20

it showed potential winnings of 58.75

i placed bet and did not check anything else and went away and watched the match

It took over 15 hours for their payput to work, and when i checked i had a losing betslip for a 1.55 decimal odds south africa win????

also the email i was sent which i have now checked also states a south africa win???

i bet a confim a pakistan win and think there system has muddled it up after all it is a computer.

they wont have it, and dont knwo what i can do.

100% i placed my bet on Pakistan?????

Unless you have a screen shot of the bet I'm not sure there's much you can do. Try going through your browser history as I think Jaxx bet slip isn't a pop out so may be able to find it retrospectively
