I requested a withdrawal of 223 Euros from Strykke on the 28th May and I have not received the funds yet.
Everytime I email they say it is in progress and when I ring they just delay it. Most recently I phoned on Monday and they said it would be in the next 1 or 2 days. So I phoned yesterday and the guy said I should have received it by now and he will definitely email before noon today.
Surprise surprise, no email so I have just rung and they said it is going to be next week.
What should I do about these dodgy/lazy (or maybe both) block heads?

Received this email a few minutes ago.

The problem is, that we transfered a bigger amount to our moneybookers account
last Monday, and we awaited the money today actually, but it has still not
arrived. But at latest tomorrow it should be there.
