Hello all,

Right I have made my very first step and boy it was daunting!

This is what i've done and im hoping i have done it right....

£10 free sky bet...

I have placed a bet on SB for Lanus to draw at 3.25 and layed £10 on BF for £10 at 3.3.

Then with my free £10 bet at SB I have placed a bet on Polonia Bytom to win at 6.5 and layed at BF for £7.48 at 7.4 odds.

I know this might sound a bit complicated but I was wondering if you can tell me if I have done the right thing and everything will be ok?

Yes, your maths are right and you have got the hang of it. The odds for your free bet weren't great but not a bad start.
The qualifying bet to get the free bet cost you just 50p so not bad
The profit was £7.11 - 50p. As you get better (greedier) you'll look to make around 80% or more of the free bet value.

You're welcome. Keep an eye on the oddsmatcher for the footie, but get into the horses when your confidence grows too.
Right now Aberdeen v Rangers (Aberdeen to win ) are at odds of 6 / 6.4 so you could have made a little more from the free bet, but no worries. Sometimes it's better to make a quick profit and move on

Thanks for the tip. I will have a look and see what I can do.

I think my urgency of getting a result on my first day made me settle for 66% return on my free bet. I could of got around 75% if I waited till tomorrow
