Skybet free £10 bet

I've just signed up for this, and as it says in the description, 'deposit up to £10 and we will match it.'

I've done my qualifying bet at odd of more then 2.0
But yet I've only received a 5pound free bet.

I think this may be because, I had recently registered with sky on their supersix competition they do every week.

I mean its not a big deal, but just wondering if this may be why this had happened.

It's for new customers only but I don't know if supersix registrations would exclude this. Have you asked their customer services direct? Did you get the free bet instantly or has your qualifying bet not settled yet?

You have to open an account to be able to do the super six and you only get a £5 free bet if you do.

How long ago did the op do the original supersix I wonder? If that was for £5 and then a free £5 bet following a " new registration" equals the £10 free bet which is what is on offer from the main page (and simpler to do in one go too I reckon )
