Find the best matches from the home page link or underneath the bookie review of your choice ( from the list on the right of the home page).
The higher odds bets will tend to win on the lay bet but you can never be sure. Horses are generally good for the free bets

It all depends on the time of day you look though. With the horses the best odds are to be found in the day when the races are either actually running or a few hours before.
