Deposited 300, wagered 250, it lost, deposited and wagered another 400, it lost deposited 200 and wagered 250 which won and i still got the bonus. As with mine the id was verified within 10 minutes. The bonus was in within 48 hours. This could be the right idea, but maybe the person who checked his account after checking the email about the bonus request, simply wasn't being a d*ck to some of the rest of you? ;/ .... It all goes down to the goose that is at the other end of the stick ready to process your request of the bonus. Depending on if you redeposited or not, some will void it, some wont.
The T&C don't say that you CAN'T redeposit (to help finish off the WR)....that's why it says (1st FIRST) deposit. But then it kinda reflects the first deposit by saying it must be rolled over 3x, i mean majority would end up losing at the booky no matter how good you can predict scores.
The customer support have emailed me various times stating aslong as you DON'T lose your LAST £1 from the (1st) initial £300 deposit then you won't forfeit the bonus, but some have said redepositing would void the bonus, it seems some of their CS are clueless and some just wanna cancel some people's bonuses.
.............................................
Iv'e currently wagered £450 from £300 and now only have £157 balance, i therefore should able to deposit a further £300 and do 3x £150 bets to finish off the rest of the Wagering Requirement. (I'll just say i have email support stating that i could redeposit and easily wager the rest providing i don't lose the last pound from the initial £300 deposit.)
I mean do you really think it's likely most would win on the bookies side? you have hardly no chance in hell no matter what, it's just pure look. Mind you, my older brother managed it without redepositing but still... Most will require another deposit, just make sure you don't lose some coin that was from the original £300. Best give them a email a few times to see what different assistants reply back saying....
So providing you have £1+ left in acbet from the original £300 deposit you cant forfeit your bonus. I have various emails from acbet that state this, so if it came to the point my bonus was disallowed i'd have a case to argue with.
My replies:
Dear Sir Daniel,
Thank you for your query.
Yes, you are right. You can still carry on wagering until you have met the £900 turnover as long as your won't lose the first deposit.
Have a nice day and good luck with your betting.

another reply:
Dear Sir Daniel ,
2) bet 6x £50 bets ..... 1 of these £50 bets won, but 5 lost. That still creates a positive balance of perhaps £90 or so.
Now is it possible to re-deposit a further £300? or do you have to completely a enormous £900 from the original £300 without and other re-deposits.
In case if you lose 250 and you left 50 bets and win that's mean u still have 100 to make the 900 complete , and you cant lose the 100 if u lose u will not receive any bonus , and if you re deposit we will not counted as the requirement of rollover we will count by the first deposit only

Dear Sir Daniel ,
You can redeposit but it will not count as the requirement ,

and another:
Dear Sir Daniel,
Thank you for your query.
As what we have said before, you can redeposit so you can easily meet the wagering requirement. Just be careful not to lose the last quid on the first deposit you have made as it's only the first deposit which is counted to qualify you for the bonus offer.
Have a nice day and good luck with your betting.
and an hour or so later:
Dear Sir Daniel,
Thank you for your query.
We will look into this and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
This was after i asked:
Ah right that clarifies things more nicely, thanx for the reply.
Is it possible this way though, since i have £157 left in my balance after wagering out £450 already from the (1st) £300 deposit, would the £7 be classed as from the first deposit or not? as that has come from winnings.
So in theory, since i have £157 in my balance, i could simply deposit a further £350 and then complete the rest of the £450 wagering that is required, and if that happened to lose id still have £57 in my balance, would i still qualify for the bonus? I have to make sure as i don't want to forfeit the bonus and since i only have £157 at the moment to wager out £450 it would be near impossible. Thanx for replying, your help is greatly appreciated!
As you can see from the examples here, some of the customer support assistant don't have a f**king clue, i'm utterly confused, i might just redeposit since they said i could in a reply. This has been the worst free bet iv'e ever done, terrible customer support in the form that they all say different things. So basicly yeah the person who wrote about 15 pages back, when you email about your bonus, it depends on weather a tool checks up on your account and see's a redeposit he/she might decide to void it where others wont. Crazy!
What confuses me is replies like which i shown in bold, he/she states i can redeposit to EASILY finish off the rest of the WR, but then they say i need to make sure the last £1 isn't lost from the first deposit. And then they go and say only the first deposit count towards the WR so what is the point in redepositing? GRRRRRR!!! Where have they got these "special" customer support assistants? my word.
